My clients seek to develop spiritually, as well as emotionally and cognitively. If you feel depressed, anxious, or just plain stressed-out, I can help! If you’re wanting to work on the mind-body connection and improve overall health, please reach out! Couples experiencing relationship turmoil and conflict, please know that I’ve performed relationship therapy extensively. Parents struggling to “do it right?” - I get it and I can help!
My Background and Approach
My work has taken me through many spiritual transitions, as well as nutritional learnings about the food we eat Ana our mental health. I use CBT, psychodynamic methods, as well as emotionally focused couples approaches. I am extensively trained to help you heal your wounded and hurting inner child who feels unlovable. I provide Telehealth sessions virtually!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every client deserves to be honored and respected for their courage in reaching out for help. It’s not easy! I am currently working on a certification in Integrative/Holistic Mental Health Practices, as I have experienced so much first-hand healing through changing what I eat (it’s not what you may think). I believe we can feel better in so many ways we haven’t tapped into! I believe that without spirituality, it becomes harder to conquer our darkest issues. And, I believe that relationships do and will change over time. These changes can feel uncomfortable and perplexing. But there are ways to save them, and it’s worth it to try.
