I'm passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ and trauma survivors with an approach rooted in the sincere belief that you are the expert on your own life. I love to work with individuals and couples, and my hope is that you can reconnect with yourself and those around you as we move through your therapeutic journey.
My Background and Approach
I have a Master's of Social Work in Mental Health and Substance Use, as well as training and interest in mindfulness-based approaches, Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, and other supportive modalities. I also bring a rich history working as a yoga and meditation instructor, which not only adds to my toolbox for assisting you but also informs the way I show up and facilitate the therapy process.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Together, we will develop a sense of trust and collaborative plan of care that gives you the support and tools you're seeking. My role as your therapist isn't to provide a prescription for what you should do, but to hold space that supports your unique process and path to healing - allowing you to have invaluable agency over your own story.
