About My Clients
Whether you are looking to begin therapy after a life change or traumatic experience, or you're just hoping to find a space where you can fully be yourself, I am so glad you are here. Being allowed to come alongside someone as they face deep hurt and vulnerability, to challenge and celebrate them, to laugh and cry with them, is such an honor for me. I firmly believe therapy is not to change people but to offer a space where change can take place.
My Background and Approach
My background in trauma treatment and brain development has made me passionate about creating a safe place to explore the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Combined with my recent Advanced Perinatal Mental Health training, I use an integrated approach to help clients create healthy thought patterns and attachments.
