I received both my bachelor's degree and master's degree in marriage and family therapy from the University of Miami. Starting in undergrad, I had an epiphany moment in which I realized I was passionate about the area of couples and romantic relationships. This led me down the path of research, and ultimately, counseling. This passion evolved to wanting to help those in their 20's and 30's who are experiencing relationship trouble or a need for healing at any stage, whether that be single, dating, in a relationship, pre-marital, couples/married, or families. I provide an accepting, non-judgmental environment and consider therapy as a collaborative process. I have an eclectic approach as I like to tailor therapy based on you, your needs, and your goals. The process of therapy is not always comfortable, but discomfort is necessary for growth. Prepare to be challenged, but always supported.
