What I bring to therapy is an individualized approach based on your goals with therapeutic styles rooted in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based, Behavioral focused, and Person-Centered.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I graduated from Rosemont College in 2014 with my Master’s in Counseling Psychology. Over the years, I have worked in a variety of settings as a therapist, clinical supervisor, and executive: groups homes / residential facilities for adults with Traumatic Brain Injuries and those with dual diagnosis of Mental Health and Intellectual Disability, in-home and community therapy with children and adolescents, community outpatient clinic, private practice, and at a mental health start-up.
