My Background and Approach
We will tailor our therapy sessions to serve your unique needs, your personality, past experiences and current situation. Together we will build a toolbox of coping skills to bring you a sense of empowerment and control over your body, your mind, and your choices. I will help you to rewrite the blueprint of your relationship with yourself, so that you can approach your mind, body, and soul from a place of deep respect, compassion and love. We will use an eclectic approach to our sessions, with your choice of talk therapy, somatic therapy and trauma interventions. I am certified as a Yoga teacher, and trained in Trauma Incident Reduction Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Eye Movement Integration Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy. I'm ready when you're ready.
