About My Clients

I am LGBTQ+ affirming. I am especially drawn towards working with people who have struggled to find acceptance among their communities, as well as with people who are in the process of finding out what is true, whether this is of themselves, their world, or their existence.

My Background and Approach

Drawing from existential thought, humanistic tradition, and relational modalities, my approach is one that focuses on you in the context of your world. How we make sense of who we are can be a complicated process, and it's important to know where we stand in a world of unknowns. I do my best to help clients better understand themselves, their world, and their relationships in a way that they may interact with these in a more authentic, life-giving way. Through time spent together, my hope is that we will collaboratively gain more clarity about who you are, who you want to be, and in what direction you would like to go.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
I have experience with the following

  • Atheism
