I have over 20 years of experience helping people heal from: depression, anxiety, interpersonal and relational trauma, emotional and physical abuse, divorce, grief, post-traumatic stress disorder, and self-esteem matters.
My goal is to work collaboratively with you to help you achieve your goals. The collaborative process is about participating in conversations that open up possibilities, new meanings, and ideas to help you find your own ways forward when advice is not enough. In addition, I'll share ideas, strategies, evidenced-based techniques, and teach you practical tools that you’ll find helpful. I use an integrative combination of brain and body-based methods (CBT, DBT, CPT, Trauma-informed approaches, Mindfulness-based Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy) that research has shown to be effective.
