I primarily work with women who experience Anxiety, Depression, low energy, mood swings, insomnia, burnout, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. I’ll show you how. Over the past 10 years I have kept 40 pounds of weight loss, maintained healthy stress management habits that eliminated emotional eating and mood swings, worked with hundreds of clients for mindset coaching and counseling, and tested best practices that get the real results.

Approach: I practice Holistic Mental Health Therapy. Holistic Mental Health Therapy not only addresses emotional health and wellness; but additionally incorporates physical fitness practice and healthy nutrition to maximize energy, decrease stress, and to boost your mood and your health. Methodologies: I practice unconditional positive regard, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness education, solution based therapy, trauma informed care, and goal setting as my holistic therapeutic style of approach.

I believe a good quality of life is a birth right. It's my lifetime mission to help others learn how to emotionally heal in order to experience the best, most present, and happy quality of life ongoing.
