We all face struggles in our lives, and more often than not, it's easier to bear those struggles when we have someone to talk with, someone to help us hear ourselves and gain a better understanding and perspective than we were able to envision before.
My Background and Approach
Whether you are a young adult seeking direction and purpose, a parent seeking to smooth out anger issues that impact your family, a person in recovery from addiction seeking to remain on the recovery path or a high achiever trying not to sink beneath the weight of it all, having someone there to stand alongside us to help us better see ourselves, can be what makes all the difference. That’s how I see my role: to help you identify your innate strengths, gain new perspectives and expand your self compassion in order to help you flourish.
