My Background and Approach

Challenging early life experiences affect adolescence and adulthood. This can lead to loneliness, despair, constant longing, confusion, panic, or withdrawal from life. You may have found yourself at a cross-roads where old ways of relating to yourself and others no longer serves you. My approach to healing is always based on trust and the therapeutic relationship. I offer genuine compassion, curiosity, and care. I am trained in depth-oriented and symbolic approaches to therapy such as dream work, sandplay, object-relations, attachment, and the use of art and imagination. Patients often utilize the images and symbols of their inner life in their healing process because sometimes words are just not enough to express what our inner worlds want us to know. My professional and personal experiences have taught me that when the soul demands change, the journey can be both scary and satisfying. I'd be honored to help you learn to listen to your inner knowing!
