Working with clients from a wide range of clinical populations and backgrounds, it is a personal clinical preference to utilize structure in my therapy sessions with you. I draw from a range of research-based treatment approaches in my practice including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based treatment. These treatment approaches have been found to be effective in treating a variety of issues including anxiety, stress, and relationship issues. However, I also appreciate utilizing different interventions from a variety of treatment modalities to meet my client’s needs at that time. In my treatment approach with clients, I assess for a variety of different factors and try to meet you where you are at with therapeutic techniques that are specifically tailored for you.
