My treatment approach teaches you how to connect with your whole self. I can help you identify your thoughts, express your feelings and change your thinking patterns. Using collaborative, eclectic techniques, based on your personal strengths, we can create meaningful change that you will see in your day-to-day life. My practice also includes working with clients who are struggling with grief and loss and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).
