Mindfulness based techniques offer a beautiful opportunity to partner with our bodies and minds in our journey toward wellness and healing. I have training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Somatic teachings that support individuals in learning about our bodies, minds and their needs.
Feelings of anxiety are normal and offer us a beautiful opportunity to learn more about our needs, desires and orientation to the world. I offer my clients who experience anxiety an opportunity to further explore patterns of behaviors, needs, and a myriad of ways to manage, cope and analyze our behaviors.
I have extensive education in power, oppression and privilege and have facilitated several white affinity groups as spaces to further learn about white privilege and power.
I bring a feminist and pro-womxn lens to my practice and life. I am an advocate for equal rights, political movements that empower womxn and honoring how we show up, share space, and critically examine the power of internalized oppression.
