About My Clients

My clients are couples (including parents, queer couples and ethically non-monogamous couples), adolescents, and adults. I work with HSPs (highly sensitive people) and with people seeking psychedelic integration support.

My Background and Approach

I help people regulate their nervous systems, bringing in insights from polyvagal theory and Hakomi. I have a background in yoga teaching, and help clients connect to their deeper selves through mindfulness, breathwork and meditation. I advocate for clients to experience more rest and pleasure in their lives, which I consider anti-capitalist priorities.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My work is informed by the understanding that patriarchy, ableism, homophobia, racism, and the demands of capitalism all impact mental health. Depression and anxiety are often symptoms of living in structurally oppressive society, and/or the results of inherited or personal trauma. I address the neurobiology and physiology of depression and anxiety, but also the context in which they occur.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
I have experience with the following
  • Buddhism
