About My Clients
My specialty is helping ADHD and neuro-atypical adults connect to themselves and the world more healthily. I help my clients strengthen their emotional muscles, rekindle trust in themselves, and (re)gain their sense of confidence and spirit. If any of this applies so far, you might benefit from a therapist who can understand and support the natural strengths of your creative brain while training you to be present and mindful to the world inside and outside of you.
My Background and Approach
I'm a collaborative & holistic therapist, specializing in living with ADHD, relationship and codependency stress, spiritual emergence, psychedelic wellness, and social & dating anxiety. My approach is holistic -- connecting the relevant pieces of your life together to examine how past patterns may impact present-day struggles. By the end of our work together, you'll be more strongly rooted to your own sense of agency, wisdom, and intuition, so you can create the life you want to live.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work with adults in transition -- moving through relationships, careers, families, creative tracks, identities, state lines -- you name it. They're considerate, well-intended, and successful in some parts of life -- yet are still feeling stuck in other parts. They often say yes too much, or try to please others or do whats good for the group -- and as a result, crash and burn out. And while they're generally hopeful about their futures, they're less sure about how to take to steps to get there.
