My mission is to help clients see the good in themselves, feel confident in their abilities, discover their passions, and accomplish their goals using a systemic approach. Learning how to set healthy boundaries, develop assertive communication skills, and explore existing patterns are a few of the ways that I work to influence change.
As a Registered Play Therapist I have advanced training in Play Therapy, Activity Therapy, and Child-Parent Relationship Therapy. Not only do I love working with children, I am passionate about helping parents find the joy in parenting by providing attachment oriented parenting guidance. Play based therapy can also be helpful to adults and family clients.
