Ananda has experience and training in Mindfulness Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative therapy, and Bibliotherapy.
She has two decades of experience in the nonprofit mental health sector. As a nonprofit leader, she was strategic in facilitating the integration of wellness practices for the outpatient care of adults, children, and families experiencing complex trauma. She has expertise in trauma-informed practices and interventions for children and adults.
