My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Ananda understands that seeking help can be a leap of faith for so many. She values and protects the trust given by those who choose her to walk beside them on their healing journey. She is an intuitive therapist who integrates holistic practices such as breathwork and guided meditation with traditional psychotherapy. Her approach to therapy supports individuals in getting unstuck and healing from old wounds. She is a trusted and friendly guide along the path of self-discovery and greater wellbeing. She views healing for BIPOC individuals and others with intersecting marginalized identities as a matter of justice. Her approach to therapy is rooted in an anti-oppressive, liberation focused and person-centered framework.
