Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy includes changing the way you think (cognitive) and the way you act (behavioral). It is often short-term, and involves teaching you techniques to change your thought patterns and habits for the better. CBT also helps with emotional issues, such as anxiety, depression and low self-esteem.
Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation, combined with heightened suggestibility and concentration. It is a direct way to reach the subconscious, which affects our habits and behavior. Hypnotherapy has two parts: counseling and hypnosis. We do video or phone counseling first and, after the call ends, I create your customized hypnosis recording. Hypnotherapy programs often range from 1-3 sessions. My motto is "Hypnosis is so easy, all you have to do is sit back, relax and listen."
I teach my clients Emotional Freedom Techniques. With EFT, you tap on energy points throughout your face and upper body. By tapping on several energy points while focusing on the issue you want to resolve, you can quickly experience profound changes in your emotional, social, and physical health.
