My Background and Approach
If you are looking to heal or understand what you are going through, I provide different types of sessions to choose from. I am a Certified EMDR therapist and provide EMDR therapy sessions. I am also a Certified Grief Informed Professional and provide individual grief counseling for different types of grief. General individual counseling is also available.
