I received both my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida. Additionally, I have a graduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy. I utilize approaches from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Client Centered Therapy.
