About My Clients
I work with all clients and love to serve those who are a part of the BIPOC community. Those who are seeking to make changes in their lives, address issues that are causing distress, and gain insight into themselves. I serve clients who are open to the journey of therapy which is a process that requires time, effort, change in perspective, and commitment to see progress.
My Background and Approach
Alizze’a has worked with BIPOC adults in an outpatient clinic who struggle with co-occurring mental health disorders, psychosis, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. She’s passionate about the Geriatric Population who struggle with adjustments to aging, finding new sources of enjoyment, and having an adequate support system. She aims to create a safe, collaborative, empowering, non-judgmental space that is healing and growth-oriented. She strives to help you feel comfortable exploring your concerns while supporting your personal growth to encourage new ways of thinking. She uses an integrative approach to best suit her clients on their journey to becoming their best selves.
