About My Clients
Do you find yourself feeling anxious about what your future holds? Do you desire to learn how to repair damaged relationships or make better choices? You’ve already taken the right steps, and I’d be more than happy to guide you through your therapeutic journey towards healing and overcoming. I’ve worked with adolescents to geriatrics, along with couples, and families. Communication, self esteem, identity, addiction, post traumatic stress, and depression are some of the issues therapy can help.
My Background and Approach
My experience and interests lie in childhood trauma, couples issues, life transitions, and issues in spirituality. The residue of hurt, identity theft, unforgiveness, and resentment can snuff out our hope of moving forward. Many of us are products of our environments and we affect other lives as we go after our goals. With every interaction it can produce fear or faith, doubt or understanding, hurt or healing, discouragement or resilience -- we choose what we accept. My desire is to help encourage self exploration, personal growth, and restoration in God. Her evidence and face based methods assist in meeting you where you are so you can manifest the vision of where you want to be.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we can all live our own personal truths. the pathway to that truth is different for each and every one of us. In my work with battered women, abused children, couples, and those who experienced traumatic experiences I have seen this healing take place. I am a domestic violence survivor and through my own work, I have evolved into a stronger, more aware version of myself.
