My Background and Approach
I help adults and teens overcome addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma and more.I support a collaborative environment and don't believe in a one size fits all approach to therapy.I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and expressive therapies.

I am a licensed psychotherapist in the state of MD, nationally certified in DBT (CDBT) and have advanced training in mindfulness, trauma & anxiety . My thoughtful, engaging & holistic approach to therapy creates a non-judgmental environment where clients have the opportunity to embark on the journey of self-discovery.In my free time, I enjoy nature, biking, recording music and playing guitar.
