About My Clients

Do you feel stuck, anxious, lost, disconnected from yourself or your purpose? Are you looking for support with developing habits and practices that can increase your well being? We can explore both the tangible actions you can take as well as the big philosophical questions that can help give you clarity about your path.

My Background and Approach

I have been immersed in the study and practice of various mindfulness practices for over 20 years. The tools I have gained through these experiences have supported me in developing greater awareness about how to be more present in body and mind. This ability can increase overall well being and clarity in our lives and there are many different ways to get there. Curiosity, exploration, and collaboration are at the heart of my approach.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that people have inner strength, courage, and wisdom that is always there. I believe in the power of articulating thoughts and feelings out loud and having someone to bounce ideas off of in order to gain clarity about an issue, decision, or situation. I think that connection and humor can go a long way in shifting mindset and perspective. Growth is an endless process that can be deeply gratifying and sometimes, even fun.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
I have experience with the following

  • Buddhism
  • Judaism
  • Interfaith
  • Multifaith
