I will help you gain insight and build self-esteem by focusing on areas of your life that need attention. I am an advocate for my clients to become stronger and create appropriate boundaries within their lives. The goal is for you to become the best version of yourself and to plant seeds for your growth in order to work towards a happier and healthier life.
My Background and Approach
You are important. Together we will work to increase your insight, awareness and self-worth. In session you will work towards attaining clarity and strength. We will look at the details of your life and discover patterns of behaviors to understand who you are and who you want to be. You will work towards understand what is missing and fill in the blanks. In session you will have the opportunity to express yourself using art or verbal therapy. I integrate psychotherapy, mindfulness, and art therapy to help clients access and process their emotions. I specialize in individualism, the principle of being independent and self-reliant.
