About My Clients
As healing and liberation are connected, I primarily focus on centering the voices of those often forced to society's margins (i.e., Black, Brown, Indigenous folx, immigrants, and undocumented folx). By striking a balance between guidance and open exploration, I work collaboratively with individuals to provide the therapeutic support necessary for personal growth.
My Background and Approach
My clinical approach is relational, rooted in healing justice, and is culturally informed. I utilize a psychodynamic and humanistic approach to treatment in hopes of highlighting unique lived experiences and goals. Through this approach, I strive to establish an environment where you feel validated and valued and obtain the tools to improve your resilience, sense of belonging, dignity, and community.
