About My Clients
The foundation of a comfortable, supportive atmosphere where clients can bring their full and authentic selves is integral to our practice. Our professionals strive to create an environment were clients feel relaxed and safe, so that each session nurtures a connection between client and counselor. We strive to help people identify their strengths, values and goals, and work to build achievable milestones in and outside of their sessions.
My Background and Approach
We are a clinical team made up of Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Licensed Professional Counselors. We focus on providing treatment to adults of all ages, children and teens, couples as well as families. We have experience seeing patients with the following concerns: grief and loss, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, bipolar, schizophrenia, health issues, trauma, mood disorders, sexuality, life adjustments, conflict, academic/work performance concerns, substance abuse, identity. Therapeutic modalities include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectal Behavior Therapy, Motivational interviewing, Patient Centered, Strengths-Based, Relational Therapy, Solution Focused, Trauma Informed Care.
