Yoga therapy is a blend that integrates talk therapy, yoga movement, and narrative therapy. As a blend or separately, psychotherapy and yoga therapy will facilitate learning breathwork, movement, and mindfulness. It is not a workout and doesn’t require flexibility, strength, or fitness. (Age 16-25)
