Writing and journaling can be a vital tool for exploring the inner landscape of mood, sensation and narrative. We will utilize a semi-structured journaling approach to identify patterns and themes intrapsychically. Getting stuff onto paper, we bring it into our conscious awareness; the content feels more accessible. While sharing journal content is certainly encouraged, safety and privacy are honored. This group is not intended to diagnose or treat, but rather support and nurture creative habit
