This is a therapy group for women who have survived trauma. You will receive weekly support where you will be able to connect with others who have had similar experiences. You will receive thoughtful therapy from an experienced, licensed professional counselor. You will have the opportunity to share your story and process your experience. This can help reduce shame and fear. You will also receive education on skills that can help improve your emotional regulation.
