Join a community to gain resources and support for anxiety. This group will provide a space to feel supported and discuss ways anxiety impacts relationships, work, and personal lives. We will also discuss coping skills, ways to manage anxiety, and increase self-care tools. This is an open/drop-in group, though 24-hours notice is needed if you are not planning to attend.
