Psychoeducational and therapeutic process group on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) provides individuals with new skills to manage painful emotions and decrease conflict in relationships. Group will learn topics on mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness techniques. This is a 6-week group meeting every Thursday from 5:00-6:30 pm (PST), starting 06/03/21-07/08/21. **THE LAST DAY TO SIGN UP FOR GROUP IS 06/01/21**
