If you’ve ever wondered how yoga and mindfulness could help you heal, this group may be for you. If you’ve struggled with the effects of your trauma(s) and you’re looking for a gentle, safe, and effective way to heal, I encourage you to join me in this therapeutic space. Group therapy provides a unique healing space where we can feel held and supported by others, learn from others, and know we are not alone. You’ll get to learn practical mindfulness, somatic, and yoga skills to help you heal.
