Supporting a Loved One with OCD

Loved ones are important in the progress for individuals living with OCD. This group will provide support & education on treatment for OCD / Anxiety. This group is designed for adults in IL & WI who: have loved ones with OCD & related conditions including panic, illness anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, GAD; have loved ones in ERP treatment. Common topics include: understanding OCD, encouraging treatment, your role as a participant, your coping and self-care, boundary setting social support.
