An ode to Lizzo's "About Damn Time" music video, the Stressed & Sexy Women's Group is being adapted for Black, Indigenous, and People of Culture/Color (BIPOC). This 10 week, closed group is to support BIPOC women and gender nonconforming people with relationships, racial stress, intergenerational trauma, etc. While I am honored to support my patients individually, the power of such groups is much more impactful than what I can do alone due to the power of collective healing. Group starts 1/13/23
