Join a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Usui Reiki Master in a six week, closed discussion & support group to explore your relationship with spirituality. Topics include exploring the sacred & transcendent; finding reverence & wonder in the natural world; creating rituals, sacred spaces & affirmations; exploring your spiritual pathways; building practices to support your spiritual growth, and more. Sessions include breathwork, meditation, music, poetry, art, and nature based practices.
