Nothing truly prepares you for the challenges you’ll face as a parent. It’s even more challenging if you’re healing from your own traumas. The group reviews positive parenting skills and coping strategies to help regulate trauma reactions when communicating with your children. Our goal is to help you break unhealthy patterns that may be present in your family system and create a better future for you and your children. This group is open to all parents.
