A 6-week series of 90 minute sessions, led by a maternal mental health specialist to provide a safe and supportive environment. Meeting 3/4, 3/11, 3/18, 4/1, 4/15, 4/22. 12:30-2pm Central. Open to moms in Colorado, Florida, Illinois, and Wisconsin.
