This group is for new moms with an infant or toddler, 6-24 months. Being a new mom is full of emotions ⁠— joy, fear, sadness, confusion, love, exhaustion. Overwhelm often becomes baseline. Pause, take a dose of self-compassion, share your story, and hear others. You are not alone. Here, we speak honestly about the ups and downs of being a new mom. Fee includes two group sessions.
