Join Jessa for anxiety relief through mindfulness, breathwork, guided meditations, body scans, yoga, nerves system resets, and tea ceremonies. This group will meet weekly, ongoing, to share challenges, practice mindfulness together, and learn techniques to change your relationship to your anxiety!
