Someone you know or your therapist recommends journaling. You hear it is good for your physical, mental & emotional wellbeing but are not sure exactly how to do it. You forget to journal and when you remember, you find yourself staring fruitlessly at a blank page. Sound familiar? In this group, you will learn all about journaling, the benefits of it and various types of journaling. Using narrative therapy you will have the support of a group experience in developing solid journaling skills.
