This is a weekly mindfulness group focused on supporting you with the weekly stress of life. In this group you will have the opportunity to build awareness (identify when your thoughts leave the present), develop mindfulness and breathing skills you can take home with you, and reflect on how mindfulness supported your mental health and wellbeing throughout the session and week. We integrate and teach a new mindfulness skill weekly and focus on building a strong mindful community.
