Integration group for those involved in ketamine assisted therapy. Group opens with a mindfulness, meditation or centering activity, offers a topic related to integration (such as habits, beliefs, emotions, etc.), and then allows participants the ability to ask questions, offer insights and personal experiences, and gain feedback and connection amongst each other. Participants can send questions to facilitator beforehand to remain anonymous in the group.
