In Process, we all work together to create a place where women in TN & MS can share - to their own level of willingness - in a safe community.  Process includes speaking and listening with mind and heart - to ourselves, our bodies, and each other. It includes opportunities to get creative, to share tears and laughter. Groups meet 1st & 3rd Thursdays for $75 each, committing to 8 session at a time.
