Getting frozen with doubt and second-guessing yourself? Feeling like the odd one out in social situations or feeling overwhelmed high pressure or conflict situations? A group of young people gather weekly to learn new skills and form relationships and new skills. Using "Applied Improvisation" group members increase spontaneity, adaptability, and confidence--even more self-discovery--which can improve every part of a person's life.
