Women have benefitted by feeling better about themselves and feeling supported along the way. Group participants receive weekly materials to explore on their own, examining the relationship with their body, where relief can be found, and how to move beyond the struggle to comfortable acceptance. Participants meet weekly to develop relationships and improve how they think and react. Group alternates online and in-person.
