Ethical Non-Monogamy and Polyamory Skills Based Group

This group is created for folks who are in ENM relationships or are curious about it. It is designed to create a space for support, psychoeducation, reflection, and to learn skills that could support your relationship(s). The group recycles every four months. You do not need to come every week to be able to be a part of the group, though that is encouraged. The themes include starting to understand what you want, building your esteem, creating secure attachment, and working through jealousy.
