CURRENTLY ON HOLD DUE TO COVID: This group focuses on four areas: distress tolerance, emotion regulation, interpersonal relationships (effective communication), and mindfulness (which is taught in each group). These skills lay the foundation for identifying, tolerating, and regulating difficult emotions. Participants will learn about their Wise Mind and how accessing this wise part of themselves leads to greater self-trust.
