Our DBT skills group is designed for any adult who is struggling to manage their emotions and relationships in the face of difficult life circumstances. In this 16-week group, participants will learn new tools and skills and will begin taking concrete action to improve their lives and relationships. In structured, weekly sessions, group members will learn and refine techniques to achieve emotional stability, behavioral control, and secure relationships.
